On September 20th, 2007, the three-member North American Court of Arbitration for Sport Panel ruled that Floyd Landis committed a doping infraction under the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) rules.
Pursuant to the rules, Floyd Landis is suspended for a period of 2 years and forfeits his title as winner of the 2006 Tour De France.
