to make it clear...we improvised...we made this up...we know it's not the proper dance because we simply pieced together any bits of dances we knew and filmed it!

Where did I say hierarchies don't exist? That has more to do with a system than equality. In the wild for instance the traits of physical strength and attractiveness would make you "better" than the geeky guy, while in modern society, the geeky guy becomes the richest man in the world. james cotton is probably in the top three in my opinion with walter and sonny boy. the white harp players who learned from them are good too like butterfield and adam gussow but they still don't compare to the origianal greats. also check out sonny terry for amazing folk-blues playing like no other.

junior wells was great, howlin' wolf played with more power than technique so i don't really even put him in the same category as most harp players. little walter was incredible, he could sound like a sax or like he's wailing and crying, not to mention his mic and amp technique that gave him such an original sound. i think most would argue he's the best but sonny boy williomson is incredible too, with all those wah-wah moans and little groovy riffs.
