I am a Christian and fully support the State of Israel. I am bound by my faith to do so, but unlike a lot of Christians I will speak out when I feel that Israel is acting in an ungodly manner. I know the religious aspect is lost on a lot of people but I feel it is an important aspect. I truly feel that after the terror problems we had in the UK, the only way to deal with this is to talk, I know however that seems unlikely at the moment! That is how the UK had to solve the Irish terror issue!

I appreciate that comment. About Israel, it is far from perfect. On a number of occasions there have clearly been mistakes and screwups, bad decisions etc etc etc. But I am certain that Israel did not want to be in Gaza and only went in because they felt they had to. There was an old joke I read (10 years): "Prime Minister, Arafat says he's going to take Gaza from us! Prime minister: Really? What does he want in return?" Israel has always seen Gaza as a place they want to stay away from.

the reasons for the UN aren't relevant. The question to me is 'is it fair'? When you consider the 1,000,000 dead in Iran-Iraq war, Rwanda genocide, Syrian Hama massacre (40,000 people in a few weeks), Saddam's murdering 100,000s of kurds and shi'a with chemical weapons, Sudan (over 400,000 dead in 3-4 years!) and many others, all of which had no action or very limited and weak resolutions on them, do we really need to argue whether it's been refusing to deal with ongoing Arab world atrocities?

The resolutions themselves often discuss the DIFFERENT warring states (see 242)... that means The Arab world and Israel, not simply Israel as this video portrays. If you want a discussion of numbers, regardless of actual reality, then I do not know, but it is possible Israel has the most. But even 1 chapter VII resolution is far more serious. And the Arab world, for example Iraq, had those on it. In any case Israel is not required to unilaterally fulfill resolutions meant for various nations!

You can argue that Israel is unfairly criticised by the UN but the UN was set up to combat what happened during WW2 that directly led to the setting up of a Safe haven for the Jews of the World. I remember many resolutions that were purely one sided, even when it was the Palestinians who launched the attacks first... and after the US veto'ed it, people did the usual claim of bias, when really that resolution was an absolute joke. Israel began to comply with virtually all the resolutions on your list when it signed Oslo, offers at camp david, wanted to negotiate over the Golan with Syria. The point is not that. Most of those resolutions affirm the other resolutions. So they are basically one resolution, such as the various relating to Jerusalem. You made this video you should know that! If I was building something or doing something on my property without the proper permit and somebody came to do their job and inspect what I was doing, I'd say "Sure".
