This works great! I used 35% food grade diluted to 3%ish, 10 drops in a pump spray nasal sprayer. The pump was hard to find. I did it for 3 days straight after starting to get over a very serious and life threatening case of blood sepsis. After 3 days I was feeling so much more energetic and like myself! I kept up with it for several weeks to continue to kill the infection out. Talk about a lot cheaper than medicine. ;) Anytime I'm feeling sluggish I just do this for a few days, works wonders!

Hey, tell ya what. I've found that you can use some baking yeast in the exact same manner and it will bring about all kinds of good health benefits. "As a matter of fact, you ladies will find that a good rinse with warm water and baker's yeast will fight infections." I can't believe people are doing things like this without thinking abit first.
