Interval video compilations

A project made for UWM: shoot something to do with intervals in the library. I chose the moving stacks in the basement. You press a button and they slowly go along a track to open up.
It was sort of a "What happens after hours" type of thing... kinda. If I had to give a reason for the goings on.

On the campus that I go to they have these. The only thing is that ours are newer so they have a buncha sensors everywhere. In you walk in directley behind someone then quickly jump up to about the second shelf, then have the person walk away while you stay. The other person can close the shelf on you. The only thing is you have to trust the person, cuz if they dont like you and they just closed the shelf, well.... ur screwed. lol

Very nice. I love doing similair drills for my conditioning. Hey guys this stuff is amazing but Nautilus is not gay. A lot of fighters use both. I add machines into my workouts as well. Nothing wrong with mixing it up.

DrewBaye, a traditional Nautilus HIT program would leave you with muscles that have no support in the tendons and joins, as machine work just trains muscles, not your joints. The moment you'd hit a real weight you'd find yourself in the hospital with multiple tears in your elbows, shoulders, knees, etc.

I personally believe the elliptical machine to be useless. It is very easy for people to get on these machines and just take it easy as it gives you the impression that you are working harder than you really are. For HIIT, I recommend the treadmill or the bike.

Easy. You don't have to really do sprints. You can also climb stairs at a vigorous pace. Just do anything which can be repeated.. TRY NOT TO GO ON THE TREADMILL! IT'S NOT VERY EFFECTIVE~ AT MOST. GO AT A GODDAMM FAST PACE on the treadmill with inclined floor.

Yea I've actually been doing HIT as well, except I warm up for 5 min, then 1 min interval, 2 min recovery and repeat it about 5 times, then cool down 5 min, I run for 25 min 4 days out of the week, plus I jump rope for 10 min after. I Do hit on even days and resistance training on odd days.

I do HIIT on a stationary bike. HIT works, but it is extremely intense. The key word is INTENSE. None of this 1 set of curls for 10, kick back for 4 minutes, talk to some friends, etc, then go back to curling. That is NOT INTENSE. Read the Colorado experiment or look it up.

Nice video, but not exactly plyo. That stuff was more agility and core training. You guys want a plyo routine, again, go and get P90X. That is INSANE plyo. Your calves will be on fire. Your lungs will burn. And your heart will feel as if it is going to explode. The following day your glutes will hurt so bad that it is tough to sit and stand. The hams will feel as if you were banging some heavy squats out. Since you are in a squat jump position pretty much the entire hour you will get this effect

I admit I do not know anything about plyometric training, but I do see the yellow pants' guys' knees wobbling. A sign of instability and a known cause of knee injury. Anyone with this kind of unstable knee will do well to practice balance first. Rope balance is excellent for improving this. I myself will not do any exercise which has my knees wobbling like that, I've seen too many with injuries.

the Tabata protocol is pretty similar but obviously the workout only lasts about 4 minutes. The principle is the same as HIIT but the key for fat loss is to keep the intervals under 15 seconds.

update: looks like even at 400 bits per sec, the quality didn't decrease much due to the downscaling lol.

i don´t understand to alma. at this fear when you open the reactor you appear later on the hospital where you born and she tries to kill you but you kill her. at fear ep you are helped on the orange line when she appears and kills some replica soldiers

We're getting closer to the end now....
so yep, deeper into the large facility abandoned 20 years ago yet no one found it since then, we need to activate the vault doors (duh you see, we can't just blow them open as it'll shorten the gameplay/story)
And finally someone hurts that fat ass. Wish it was me though.
