Money is not something easy to spend, especially in todays world, and for lowlife douchebags to take advantage of people and sell them services and to not perform them is really disgusting and very wrong. Terible. I must say though not all jiffy lubes do this. Their are some ppl out there that slide through the cracks and take advantage of ppl. But some of the corporations still have pride and take customer service seriously.

Well it is 2009 and jiffy lube still stealing from customers. When you go in to ask for a oil change just say you want a basic oil change and nothing else. They will still try and bill you for a full service oil change when they are done with your car. 39.00 vs 99.00 dollars.

I had a problem with a jiffylube in va beach I had put a new air filter in my wife car drove 4 miles to jiffylube to get an oli change they told me I needed a new air filter in my car I told the man that was funny that one only hade 4 miles on it an told hem that I was going to report him to the local news chanel but got a free oil change instead.

I have a really good family friend who works on my car. I usually fiddle around too with him to get it done. Charges me very little compared to the dealer, does a grade A job, gives me all cost cutting options and expensive options. Dealers do the job right at a premium...a trusted mechanic will do the job right at a price simply more affordable :D

Wow...just now I was searching Google for Jiffy Lube location and this Video came across in search results. I am done with Jiffy Lube or any quick lube!!! On a side note, few months back I went to Jiffy Lube to get the oil change and the guy opened the car hood in front of me and he was unable to remove the section where air-filter or some other part was there. He struggled a lot and since I was watching him he quickly asked me to sit in the lobby and said he will take care of this.

in the age of information, all it takes is a few wrenches and you can do it yourself. I knew very little about cars but there are lots of tutorials (one probably especially designed for your type of vehicle) on how to change your oil, transmission, etc. If you don't take it to a dealership, you're asking to be ripped off. Even at the dealership - I usually ask If I can be there with the mechanic. I might not know what they're doing but THEY don't know that!

Jiffy lube is gay! Go Mr Lube and only get the oil changed, that means you never get out of your car, then they pull the plug change the oil filter, replace the plug and add new oil. The only thing they could scam you on is the filter. Just say no to every other service they offer besides new blades if you need it and you will be fine...if they recomend anything take it to the dealership

I just got my oil changed at a Jiffy Lube in Minnesota. They charged me for 8 quarts of oil when my owner's manual clearly states that it takes 6. What is worse is that my car is now leaking oil. They stripped the threads on my oil pan, and instead of telling me or fixing it, they tried to stop the leak with a couple rubber stoppers, which did not work. I brought the car back and they claimed that they are not responsible. Jiffy Lube is a fucking scam!!!

Dude, in part A, you have to play the B bass-note under the melody otherwise the bass-line loses its impact. The exact part I'm talking about is when the bass-line goes - E G# A A# then B. At this point it implies an E/B chord and sounds very nice progressing into the C#. You play it in the intro but drop it under the melody. Jerry probably wouldn't care as will most people, I'm just 'B-ing picky'.

I sat down at the CAAS convention one year with Buster on my left and Tommy Emanuel right...in Busters lounge at about 4pm....luckily I didnt have my guitar....Buster played one of his powerful original songs that me made me think of a wild turkey running 90 miles an hour at a heard of cows....Tommy played Classical gas after that....I was between them like and walked away..went outside and caught my breath....booth Buster and Tommy are MO FO...never will forget that music lesson
