i would say its harder to have 4 people start from scratch and decide what notes to play on time.rather than have a dj sample music that has already been created and throwing lyrics over it. rap isn't that easy, nor is country... you need for every kind of music skills, if you make it without them, your songs will be bad and noone listens to them! and in my personal opion is to wirte a rapsong harder...you have to deal with much more factors, you have to change the language in parts but pay attention that everthing is understandable, every word has to fit in the beat, and at least the text has to make sense - not like in countrysongs, where you just hab to be sentimental

yeah, everyone seems to have one and are quite pleased being stuck on the most unreliable and useless AT&T network (more time spent using the WiFi than the regular data connection). I wonder why. iPhone is really limited in such things as battery life, ability to replace the battery, and expandable memory. No such issues in the Storm exist. Yes, the wow factor of the iPhone is spent and when people tear into the phone, the innards are pure junk.

The future is Open Source software and DRM free music. iPhone users should unshackle their chains and buy the G1 from T-Mobile or the BlackBerry Storm. Is it really necessary? when do people really use WiFi on their cell phones anyway? Verizon has the best data connection plan available. I certainly don't need WiFi access at home, and whenever and wherever I need access, WiFi is just simply not available. I shouldn't have to run to the nearest Starbucks to get some sort of decent or fast connection for my data. Simply put, if I'm in the office, I use my workcenter for access. If I'm at home, I use my laptop or desktop for quick data access.

After reading numerous negative reviews I've noticed an echoing trend, the cry over WiFi. Hmmm, if I'm at a hotel, I usually have my laptop and smartphone (so if I need WiFi & want to pay for that WiFi; I can). Over the last year of my travels, my Verizon wireless modem has been a godsend, has excellent rate of speed and coverage. I'm sure Storm users will have the same experience whenever they need to access data. The phone should switch over CDMA/3G when one or the other service is inaccesible

Apple certainly didn't invent the touch screen (also referred to as a 'natural interface'), though they'd love for people to believe that. Note, I own a MacBook Pro, ipod, etc.. but I'm not just some blind fanboy. The iphone is great really if you have a Mac. Besides that, the RX/TX (the actual phone) tech inside is garbage. Complete and total garbage. Probably just some chinese manufacturer doing WCDMA for the first time. You never hear a WHISPER about the iphone's call quality, even from Apple

whenever i go through trouble then i think of this song and it calms me down. i love this song. it makes me realize that God is in control, even though it doesn't always seem that way. there's a verse on my noticeboard that says "trust in God always" (proverbs 3v5)

Good review, probably one of the most informative I've seen, and I'm glad it was compared to more than just the iPhone. Not everyone has need for heaps of time-wasting applications. Whether you want the storm or the iPhone is a matter of personal choice. If the most important thing to you is email and being able to have basic phone features, then get the Storm. If you care more about multimedia and you have a lot of media DRMed to iTunes or you care more about web browsing, then get the iPhone. However, if you want to get the storm, i would test out its keyboard first because the majority of people testing it say that the storm's keyboard is difficult to use.

alright this is an ok phone but the iphone is better with pretty much anything. I have got the iphone 3g and my dad has the blackberry storm and my mom has my old iphone edge and even my moms iphone edge has better service than this maybe because the blackberry storm runs on different softwares, or something else but my iphone 3g is WAY BETTER THAN THE BLACKBERRY STORM compared to my IPHONE this thing is so slow

Does anyone know if Blackberry and/or Verizon is going to have an apps store; much like that of Apple?
